How It Works

SunActive® reduces iron particle size for enhanced absorption and uses a food-grade emulsifier to prevent clustering. This makes its bioavailability comparable to pharmaceutical iron. Ortho Iron™ addresses anemia caused not just by iron deficiency but also by B12 and folate deficiencies. The combination of supporting vitamins and minerals ensures optimal iron metabolism, improved energy, and cognitive function.

Medicinal Ingredients

• Iron (SunActive®Fe - ferric pyrophosphate) – 30 mg
• Lactoferrin – 100 mg
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – 200 mg
• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) – 647 mcg
• Folic acid (calcium L-5-MTHF) – 800 mcg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate) – 25 mg
• Copper (copper citrate) – 900 mcg

*Lactoferrin provides an additional 16.65 mcg of iron per capsule

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

• Microcrystalline cellulose
• Sodium stearyl fumarate
• Maltodextrin (from sweet potato)
• Lecithin (sunflower)
• Capsule: hypromellose

Suggested Use

Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole.
